What to include in your booking request
Important details to provide
When you email me to book, please include the following information:
- Basic client information (your name, contact number)
- Any behavioural history of your dog
- What haircut or style you are looking for
- If your pet's coat requires extra care
- Confirmation that your dog is up-to-date on their vaccinations
This helps me prepare for your visit and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for your pet.
Before you book
Please note these important details before making your booking:
- Puppy age requirement: Puppies must be over 8 weeks old to receive grooming services.
- Vaccination policy: i require all dogs to be up-to-date on their vaccinations. Please provide their basic medical history, including their last vaccination date.
